A pizza place which uses real wood fired ovens and personalises the shirts of their team with the national flags of their home countries. At first glance you know this is a special place that’s done well.
Stating that pizza is great is a tall order. There is pizza and then there is great pizza. This is right up there with the worlds best. And in my experience you have to travel a very long way to find anything as good as this. Actually you have to travel 13117 kilometres from Dubai to Las Vegas to find Grimaldi’s at The Palazzo which is in the same league. Im sure there are more in between (one would expect with Italy on that route) and any we find that are this good, will make it to DoneReallyWell.com
Choices
They are all great. Excellent choices of ingredients and every pizza on their menu is a delight.
Almost Burnt Crusts
Famed for making excellent dough and using wood fired ovens, these guys take it right to the limit on cooking these and even highlight that the edges will get toasty and almost burnt. Its worth it as the flavours are incredible. Although you can ask for them to bring it out of the oven sooner. You could say the pizza is Done (really) Well!
