In the documentary ‘Steak Revolution’ the worlds 2nd best steak is declared as those served at Hawksmoor. This British institution is gradually expanding and does so in a way that is consistent and always good.
With an exceptionally long tenure for staff, excellent base ingredients and a business ethos which leads the way for not just hospitality but business in general. These guys know how to do things really well. One wonders if they turned their hands to another business type then just how good it would be. Banking by Hawksmoor perhaps? Maybe Hawksmoor Airlines! They would certainly have my business.

With local produce and seasonal offerings varying between restaurants the one thing that is always certain is the ingredients used by the skilled chefs always deliver a great meal

From how they are dressed to their service manner, these guys are the best. Always attentive and with the right balance of conversation and allowing you to enjoy the meal.
Charity
During the pandemic the team at Hawksmoor supported cooking meals for the needy. And their long standing partnership with Action Against Hunger has raised millions of British pounds which is remarkable for a handful of restaurants.
Drinks
The bar is an absolute must! Great mixologists who do the classics and some with a twist exceptionally well. Do try the Full Fat Old Fashioned and Shaky Petes Ginger Brew.
